Hello Coaches and Team Contacts,
The interest in our prelims and finals meet at MIT on December 9-12,
2004 was absolutely overwhelming. We wish that we could have taken all
the teams but in order to run a quality, high level meet we couldn't do
that. You can take this e-mail as your official acceptance into the meet
and please make sure that you have your hard copy and check into us
right away to finalize everything.
We will have to make cuts in the Open women's 1000 free on Sunday
and only swim the top 40 which would mean that approximately 20 swimmers
will be unable to swim this event. Final cuts to this event will be
posted and e-mailed to all the clubs right after the December 2nd
deadline.
We will continue to accept time updates up until Thursday, December
2, 2004, by e-mailing me your electronic file as stated in the meet
information. Any scratches that you can send along prior to the December
2nd date would help and possibly allow some swimmer to be able to stay
in the 1000 free especially.
We will do ALL of our communication by e-mail and through our
website at
http://northshoreswimclub.com/ where all psyche sheets, timelines
etc will be posted. We hope to have the psyche sheet up within the
next few days and will update a few times prior to the time update
deadline.
