Reminder: There is no practice at Minuteman Tech today, Thursday 12/7/06. Please join us at Hanscom.
 
Reminder- Session 3 will be posted to accounts on December 11, 2006. If you are not planning on swimming during session 3, it is your obligation to inform NSSC in writing before  December 11, 2006.
 
Reminder- Escrow account payments are past due, please react accordingly.
 
Sunday, December 10, 2006 Dual Meet: If you would like to participate in the dual meet on Sunday, and have not informed us, you must do so by the end of the day, so we can make a lineup. Please note warm up and start times:

BLIZZARD CLASSIC ENTRY: The preliminary Blizzard Classic Meet entry is posted. Please note that changes are due by 12/22/06. Please note that we will be posting the entry to everyone's escrow account on the 22nd. You are reminded that once an entry due date has past you will be charged for all swims. We have cut many teams from the meet, and it is important for our entry and your meet schedule to be correct. We would hate to see swimmers cut when there is no reason for it. Please plan accordingly.
 
 
 
UPCOMING MIT MEET INFORMATION:
 
As you are all aware, next weekends MIT meet is one of the biggest and fastest meets in the country. As coaches, Dan and I felt we needed to expose all of our swimmers to a high caliber meet without traveling to Buffalo! However, to pull this meet off, we need everyone's help!  Here is some general information:

NSSC best times and MIT entry times have been updated.
 
Relays are posted for the meet. Please note that swimmers are expected for all relays entered. NSSC policy on relays: The four fastest swimmers will swim in the relay. Relays can be adjusted by the coaches up until the start of the relay.
 
NSSC will warm up each morning at 7:30 AM. All swimmers and parents are asked to be on deck at 7:15 AM
 
Anyone willing to bake or donate goods for the hospitality room is asked to contact Carol O'Brien at ajm227@comcast.net. Anything will be greatly appreciated, as we are trying to keep cost down!
 
PARENT/ COACH/ OFFICIALS SOCIAL!!!! On Saturday evening from 9:00-10:00 PM there will be a cash bar, social hour for all the volunteers at the Asgard Restaurant at 350 Mass Ave in Cambridge. Please join us for an hour away from the pool!
 
December 14- 17, 2006: MIT Trials and Finals Event Sponsorship Program:
 
With the MIT meet quickly approaching, NSSC would like to offer families a chance to sponsor events during the meet. The sponsorship would include any appropriate phrase or saying above any of the events for $10.00 for 1 event, $17.00 for 2 events, $25.00 for 3 events. You would have 36 characters (letters, spaces, and punctuation) to send your message. We hope to have all the events sponsored, to help encourage our kids. Events are on a first come, first serve basis.
