Hello Everyone,
Here are some NSSC updates as of 11/7/07:
1) November 10 Distance and Specialty Meet: Final entries,
warm up times, parent work schedules are posted online. Please be 15 minutes
early for warm up. If there are any changes to your plans, let us know
immediately.
2) Reminder: There are no scheduled Saturday
(11/10) practices at any pool, because of the meets.
3) November 11 Dual Meet at the JCC: Swimmers are asked to
arrive for check in at 12:15. Entries will be posted shortly. If there are
any changes to your plans, let us know immediately.
4) We need volunteers to become officials. NSSC would like
to recruit anyone interested in becoming an official. We are currently short
of officials from the
JCC/ Salem/ Gordon pools.
We
especially need 12 and under parents whose kids are attending the JCC dual
meets. NSSC will be hosting a Stroke and Turn Clinic for parents
who are interested in becoming an official or for re-certification on
November 10 at 10:30 am during the distance meet in Salem State. Anyone
interested in attending is asked to contact Cirtsin Newland at
cdnewl@comcast.net.
5) Clothing Available: WHILE SUPPLIES LAST (Great Christmas
gifts!). Please email Coach Tony or Dan.
Sweat shirts:NSSC has all sizes of sweat shirts available.
Club Shirts- We have small and large sizes of shirts available in both white
and gray.
Female Club bathing suits- We only have 3 female size 24 suits remaining.
Male Club suits: 2 size 24 suits, 1 size 28 suit, 1 size 30 suit, 3 size 32
suits.
FINS- We have sizes 1-3, 3-5, 5-7, 7-9 and 9-11 fins available.
6) December 13- 17, MIT Trials and Finals entry is posted
and will be finalized on Thursday, November 8, 2007. Parents are reminded
that the Friday (12/14) session is in the morning! Swimmers will need to
miss part of school on that day. Please review the entry and let us know of
any changes before Thursday.
7) Escrow account billing will be Monday, November 12,
2007. Parents are reminded that you will have one week to look over your
account, and let us know of any questions. We will charge credit cards
beginning Monday, November 19, 2007.
