Hello Everyone,
Here are some NSSC updates as of October 27, 2008:
1) Halloween Classic: The 13th annual Halloween Classic was
a tremendous success! The kids did a tremendous job, with best times
and improved techniques! Thank you to everyone for their help and support!
2) Sunday, November 2 dual meet at the Marblehead JCC: The
information for the dual meet this Sunday is posted. Please note, we will
post the meet entry this week, based on meet calendars. If your plans have
changed and you can or cannot swim this Sunday, please re do a meet schedule
form and submit. Please remember that NSSC policy requires one parent or
guardian to help at the meets that your child swims at.
3) Clothing/ Equipment: The order of Speedo suits and fins
are in. The Large T shirts and small sweatshirts will be in by the end of
the week. Please see Dan or Tony to finalize your order. If you would like
to order any clothing or equipment, please fill out the form and submit with
payment before this Friday!
4) November USA Meets: All preliminary entries for the
month of November are posted. Please note the deadline dates for changes to
the entries! Please remember that you will be charged for the scheduled
swims once the deadline passes. If your plans have changed and you can or
cannot swim at any of these meets, please re do a meet schedule and submit.

Financial Accounts: We are finalizing charges to session
2 and escrow accounts. Per your registration form consent, NSSC will
automatically charge all credit cards for session 2 and escrow
payments, unless written notification is submitted before the deadline date.
The deadline to review your account with NSSC was 10/20/08. If there are any
questions to your bill, please email Dan immediately, before we charge your
credit card. If you do not have a valid credit card on file, please update
your account with Dan at

6) Club Manual: To run any successful club, everyone needs
to be familiar with the policies and procedures of that organization. Please
take a minute to read through the club manual posted online at the website
to help clarify any confusion or questions you may have.
