Hello Everyone,
Here are some important updates for NSSC, as of 6/17/09:
1) Thursday 6/18 @ Hanscom: We will be taking some pictures of the kids, so
we can update our website. Feel free to bring your camera! All swimmers are
asked to wear their white T-shirts!
2) MIT Specialty meet this weekend! Please double check warm up times/ start
times. All parents are reminded they need to work when their child swims.
Please remember that it takes 15 minutes to park, then walk into the
building. We would like all the parents and swimmers available 15 minutes
prior to warm ups!
Anyone who would like to donate baked goods to the hospitality is asked to
contact Carol @
ajm227@comcast.net.
3) Session 6 starts Monday, June 22, 2009. Please note that practice times
and locations might have changed for session 6 (for the summer). All
payments are due and are being processed. All new session 6 swimmers are
reminded that the only meet on the schedule that they can attend is the MIT
meet July 10-12. Please plan accordingly.
4) Hanscom practice change. Monday June 22, 2009 we will have practice from
7:30-9:00 AM at Hanscom. Hanscom is starting their summer schedule on this
date, therefore, we will not be practicing in the afternoon. The remainder
of the June calendar is correct.
5) Upcoming info- Parent work schedule will be posted asap for MIT meet this
weekend. Warm ups are almost ready! We are working on qualifiers for
Championships.
6) We have limited quantities of shirts (no smalls), warm ups, suits, fins
and snorkels available. First come first serve.
7) Championship Meets: NSSC strongly believes that all swimmers should have
a championship meet to complete their season. We have the schedule set up
for Championship season as followed, so everyone has a championship meet. If
you have any questions on which meet your child will be attending, as their
championship meet, please ask Dan or Tony.
