Here are some NSSC updates as of Monday November 8, 2008:

 

1) Saturday, November 8 Distance and Specialty Meet Warm up and Start Times:

            1) 500 free, 400 IM, 1000 Free Distance meet warm up: 7:45 AM/ Meet start 8:45 AM

            2) Specialty Meet: 1:00 warm up/ 1:45 Start time.

            3) 1650 Distance Meet: 4:00 warm up/ 4:25 Start

                        * Please make sure you are 15 minutes early to the start of warm ups.

 

2) Sunday, November 9 Distance and Specialty Meet warm up and Start Times:

            1) Specialty Meet: 8:00 AM warm up/ 9:05 Start

            2) Distance Meet: 12:30 Warm up/ 1:05 Start

                         * Please make sure you are 15 minutes early to the start of warm ups.

 

3) Championship Meet Standards have been posted. Please review!

4) Practice Reminders:

            1) There is no practice on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 @ Gordon College.

            2) There are no scheduled practices on Saturday, November 8 2008 due to the swim meets.
