    - Level 1 ASCA

    - Level 2 Cycling

    - Nationally ranked in 2005 and 2006 for 25k open water swim

    - 4 years varsity letterman BC Swim and Diving Team

    - Teaching swimming for the past 9 years

    - Ironman 70.3 world championships qualifier and finisher

    - Graduated from Boston College with degrees in Economics and Sociology

    - Currently working toward a degree in Exercise Physiology
