North Shore Swim Club at the North Shore JCC: Assistant Swim Coach Position available:

A part time swim coach is needed for the North Shore Swim Club. We are a USA Swimming club located at the North Shore JCC, Marblehead MA. The qualified coach will work with our Junior and Age Group swimmers (6-12 year olds) under the direct supervision of our Site Head Coach. The job consists of 4.5-9 practice hours per week plus meets. Practice days are flexible. Our coaches are compensated for their time at meets (1-2 per month). We participate in USA sanctioned swim meets year round and a dual meet swim league in the winter.
Qualifications:
1) USA Swimming Criminal Background Check.
2) Previous coaching experience.
3) College degree or in the process of completing.
4) CPR, Safety Training for Swim Coaches, First Aid.

5) Must have a passion for working with 6-12 year old swimmers
