Here are some NSSC updates as of 12/1/10:
1) Minuteman Practice reminders:
Juniors are not scheduled to swim at
Minuteman Tech on Wednesday and Friday afternoons. Juniors
should attend Hanscom 5:00-6:00 pm. Seniors are
not scheduled to swim at Minuteman Tech on
Tuesday and Thursdays. They should attend practice at
Hanscom 6:30-8:00 pm.
2) Swim Meet Entry update: The MIT
meet ( Dec 9-12) is closed and has been charged to your
account. The MIT meet ( Jan. 8/9) is posted. All changes
need to be emialed by this Friday! We will be posting the
December 19 dual meet entry shortly. New England Senior
entries will be posted by the end of the week.
3) MIT Trials and Finals Meet. December 9-12,
2010: This is the largest meet that NSSC runs
throughout the year. We have teams from all over the Eastern
seaboard attending. We will need everyone's help to make
this a wonderful, fast and positive experience for all
swimmers! Please note that parents will be expected to work
each session their child swims in.
Anyone who would like to donate baked goods, sandwiches,
fruit, side dishes (pasta salads, salads), Crock pot meals
and desserts are asked to contact Carol Padvaiskas at
AJM227@comcast.net to finalize the menu!
4) NSSC has secured a block of rooms for the New England 12
and Under Championships, February 24-27, 2011. Parents who
will be attending this swim meet will need to call and
reserve a room with their credit card from the block.
